This is a hands-on course that is intended to build a solid foundation of the basics in quantum computing by an approach that has the learner executing quantum experiments in simulators to learn the concepts. The intent is to build a strong intuitive sense of the key concepts so that the learner can pick up any quantum framework and be effective.
